About the
SPLASH PAD
The Shadow Wood Splash Pad is located at Shadow Wood Park in West Fargo and is managed by the West Fargo Park District. Shadow Wood Park provides a unique and enjoyable experience for all who visit! This FREE splash park is open seven days a week and can provide hours of fun for kids of all ages! In addition to the splash pad, Shadow Wood Park offers a picnic shelter, playground, basketball court, biking & hiking trails, outdoor exercise equipment, restrooms, electricity, parking, and much more!
West Fargo Park District asks that patrons remember to use respect for others, as well as the space when using this facility.
Shadow Wood Splash Pad
GENERAL INFORMATION
ADMISSION
Shadow Wood Splash Pad is a free facility and is open for public use. There is no admission cost. There are two shelters available for rental. To learn more about the gazebo’s amenities and availability please visit our Shelter Rentals.
WEATHER
The restrooms will be open when the air temperature is 65 and above. Dangerous weather can cause safety concerns, so if lightning, thunder, rain, or other severe storms occur, the splash pad and restrooms will be closed.
SPLASH PAD RULES
Use Splash Pad at your own risk.
All children 10 & under must be supervised by an adult.
No running or rough play allowed.
No food, drink or glass containers allowed on Splash Pad.
No animals allowed at the Splash Pad.
Do not climb or hang on equipment.
Do not block Splash Pad fixtures or drains.
Diaper-age children must wear water-proof/watertight diapers.
Do not carry sand or mud on to the Splash Pad.
No skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, or scooters allowed.
Use of the Splash Pad during severe weather conditions is prohibited.
Please use the trash containers and help keep the park clean.
Persons with open sores, infections or transmittable diseases are prohibited from use.
*Anybody violating these rules will be asked to leave the park
